This highly engineered bags meet ASTM #D6400 Standard Specification for Biodegradable and Compostable Plastics bags, and are derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch, tapioca roots, chips or starch, or sugarcane and other biodegradable ingredients.
These bags feature star sealed bottoms for leak-proof strength, and are packed in a brown carton. Bags are printed with Aluf plastics logo and are designed to be composted in commercial/industrial facilities. These are not suitable for backyard composting.
